Context and objectives<\/h3>\n

Following in the footsteps of today's leading pure-players, Autosph\u00e8re, France's leading online used car retailer, has opened an \"Autosphere Center<\/a>\" in June 2019 in the Nantes region, an exceptional space of over 20,000 m\u00b2 featuring a vast selection of 500 used vehicles.<\/p>\n

The idea: an all-new used car dealership concept with genuine \u201ccar coaching\u201d to help customers find THE car for them from among the 12,000 vehicles available in the Autosph\u00e8re network.<\/p>\n

Always at the cutting edge of innovation, Autosph\u00e8re wanted to implement an effective and attractive 100% phygital strategy to multiply the connections between its Nantes sales outlet and its website, completely rethinking the customer experience.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Realization<\/h3>\n

In the physical dealership, comfortably installed in seats with VR masks, a unique solution created by Diakse<\/a>, customers can discover all the vehicles available according to their own selection criteria (price, year, make, mileage...) and in attractive, hyper-realistic settings (seaside, city, countryside, etc.) corresponding to the category of car they are looking for.<\/p>\n

Customers have access to all the vehicles available on Autosph\u00e8re.fr. The dealership frees itself from all physical limitations, and extends its offer to match that of the online store.<\/p>\n

On the website, customers are invited to take a virtual tour of the Nantes dealership, where only vehicles matching their search criteria appear.<\/p>\n

For all vehicles, access to a 360\u00b0 view and the possibility of entering inside the car make the visit hyper-realistic. The shopping experience offered by Autosph\u00e8re is reassuring, totally innovative and differentiating.<\/p>\n

All the brand's digital content is integrated across the 2 distribution channels, helping to create a strong, consistent identity.<\/p>\n
