Our websites contain contact forms. When you “book a demo” or you try to “contact us” via these forms, we require you to submit your contact information which contain personal data such as: full name, email, phone number. If you subscribe to the email updates service via our blog, you voluntarily provide us with your email address. We use this service to keep you informed on the latest marketplace-related news.We may also use the

Web beacons

Diakse uses web beacons alone or in conjunction with cookies to compile information about prospects and visitors’ usage of its websites and interaction with emails from Diakse. Web beacons are clear electronic images that can recognize certain types of information on your computer, such as cookies, when you viewed a particular website tied to the web beacon, and a description of a website tied to the web beacon. For example, Diakse may place web beacons in marketing emails that notify it when you click on a link in the email that directs you to one of the Diakse’s websites. Customer testimonials

Diakse posts customer testimonials videos on the websites that contain data such as customer names and titles. Diakse has obtained the consent of each customer before posting any data on such testimonials.

The security of our applications and infrastructure is paramount to us and our clients. At Diakse, we value coordinated disclosure when it comes to security issues. Data transfer

Diakse primarily stores data in the European Union. To facilitate Diakse’s global operations, Diakse may sometimes transfer data to our affiliate located in the United States. This Policy applies to those transfers.

Diakse has further committed to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) with regard to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints data transferred from the EU.

Applicable law and assigned juridiction

All litigation regarding the use of Diakse website is submitted to french law. Outside cases where the law doesn't permit it, it is made exclusif juridiction assignation to the competent tribunals of Paris.
